WHAT'S IN STORE FOR THE TURTLE TEAM?

I’m so excited about this, excited about using my experiences and what I’ve learned to help and inspire others. If you had told me just 1 year ago the things i’d be interested in, what I would achieve, what I’d learned and how my whole outlook has changed I would have politely smiled at you and internally thought you were weird! But here I am!

The two things I want to make people understand right from the very start and throughout this is that I’m no expertno courses, qualifications or 20+ years spent in fitness of health, what I’m sharing are the things a normal person can do, from the things I’ve learned and researched and been fascinated by, I want to give others, you, the ability to learn from this and make your own life changing..changes.

The second thing is that I’d never been to a gym 12 months ago, never really done sport, in fact for at least 25+ years never exercised or done any real activity, I’ve had an apple watch for years but used to enjoy ignore its prompts and challenges, chalking them off that they were meant for other people not me! In my opinion i’m the typical 40 something who may have had good intentions, has certainly tried a few ‘new’ diets and basically assumed that fitness and being lean was about genetics, and body type and that wasn’t me.

But this normal, average overweight man has found out that almost everything I knew, or thought i knew, about health, nutrition, fitness, body and mindset was at best misguided, and at worst…just wrong.

So whatever it is you want to achievewhatever age you arewhatever you think is stopping you or whatever you think is out of reach I want to show you, inspire you and guide you through the Tortoise Team to become a better version of yourself, not for anyone else but for YOU.

Not through fads, quick fixes or tricks..thats not the tortoise tam way…but through long term, sustainable, easy, compounding every day things you can start to make a lifetime of change possible.
